Shipping, unless otherwise requested, is USPS Priority. We are self-insured unless otherwise requested.
Due to the busy schedule John Ferrillo and his employees at Harvard Double Reeds maintain as working professional musicians, please allow 5-10 business days for your online orders to be processed and shipped. Thank you for your business and your understanding.
Return guaranteed for gougers or tools within 30 days. Please contact us within this timeframe to be eligible for refund. Items returned damaged or outside of the 30 day timeframe are not eligible for return or refund.
Shaper Tip Return/Refund Policy
Our Shaper Tip trial is 8 business days upon receipt of your product. Shapers postmarked for return within that period will be given a full refund with the exclusion of shipping costs. Shapers returned after the trial period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any returned shapers must be in new or like-new condition. Damaged shapers or shapers kept more than 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
