Description
These quality knives are bevel edged (sorry- no hollow ground) and made from W2 steel. They are an attempt to match the composition and hardness of the Bhosy’s knives of the 70’s and 80’s, with high carbon content and extreme hardness. We use Nicholson ergonomic handles and the knives are available in both Right and Left handed models.
