These quality knives are bevel edged W2 steel. (Sorry- no hollow ground!) We attempt to match the composition and hardness of the Bhosy”s knives of the 70”s and 80”s, with high carbon content and extreme hardness. Now our knives come with a locally crafted and secure cherry wood handle.
